Check-In Time: 4:00 PM on First Day of Scheduled Rental
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM on Last Day of Scheduled Rental
*We will proactively notify you when early check-in or late check-out is possible*
Unique Unit Access Code will be given to renter on the First Day of Scheduled Rental.

Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 30 Years of Age (Must Be Present)
Maximum Number of Guests: 6 person(s)

DEPOSITS
A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due NO LATER than 60 days before the arrival date.
cANCELLATION POLICY
If your reservation is canceled AT LEAST 60 days before the arrival date you will receive a 100% refund.
If your reservation is canceled AT LEAST 30 days before the arrival date you will receive a 50% refund.
